In the dark room she sat with no one to keep her company. Only her shadow and her loud heartbeat and sometimes a sob.. Sometimes someone would peep in from the door and call out her name.
'Sukina..?'
'Leave me alone!'
And the door would be closed again, this time she wouldn't even hear her loud heartbeat. Feeling lonelier than ever she sat, finally sleep seemed to come to her but her sister struggling to open the bedroom window mad her alert. Why didn't her sister just use the UNLOCKED door instead? She wondered.. Seeing that her sister had tossed a parcel inside the room tied to the string of an oddly shaped balloon, she wanted to ignore it but curiosity got the better of her she got up switched on the lights burning her eyes with the bright lights and took the parcel in her hand, the balloon was in the shape on owl. Opening the parcel she found a letter and a book. The letter was in her sister's hand writing and it went a little like this:
Dear Miss Sukina Shah,
I have been informed by a very considerate relative of yours that you have not taken well to my demise, I suggest you get yourself some chocolate frogs and read my own personal copy of the tales of Beedle the Bard. And as for my demise all i can say is that life is something lent to us humans and eventually like all borrowed things has to be returned to the rightful owner.
And your sister would like me to tell you to and i quote "To get back to your senses."
Your's truly
Albus Dumbledore.
Smiling, Sukina put the note and the book in her shelf, and came out of the room at last and found everyone waiting for her. From that time onward everyone knew how to handle Sukina when her favourite characters in a novel died.
P.S I have decided to occasionally write about Sukina, a girl basically who mourns for her for her favourite character in a book like she is mourning for her loved one and all other really crazy things she does. I named her Sukina because i am in love with this name and Shah as her last name because i didn't feel like being creative and gave her my last name.
P.P.S i know the tales of the beedle the bard was published like years after harry potter and the half blood prince but still i sort of went for this only! Hope you like this little piece..
